Working principle

The material sealing pump uses the air flow jet to drive the ash particles to send the ash to the ash warehouse. The material sealing pump mainly consists of four parts: nozzle, cylindrical pump body, nozzle adjustment device and bottom vaporization device. The energy of the material sealing pump comes from two parts: one is the kinetic energy of the fan and the other is the potential energy of the material column. The material column is high, the potential energy is large, the pressure is large, and the conveying volume is correspondingly large, and vice versa.

Dust conveying

When the material sealing pump works normally, it maintains a certain material level height. When the material sealing pump still works normally while the electric dust collecting and discharging amount increases in a short time, the material level height naturally increases. With the increase of the material level height, the potential energy increases and the conveying amount increases correspondingly until the system is automatically balanced. When the electric dust collecting and discharging amount decreases in a short time while the material sealing pump still works normally, the material level height naturally decreases, with the decrease of material level height, the potential energy of material reduction is reduced, and the conveying amount is correspondingly small until the system is automatically balanced.

Operating conditions

1. The necessary condition for the normal operation of the material sealing pump is that there must be a certain material sealing height. The pressure of the material level in the silo should be greater than the positive pressure when the material sealing pump is working. The positive and negative pressure should be isolated through the material level pressure. The wind pressure of the fan sends the material away, so there must be a certain material level height.

2. A dust collector must be installed on the material collection warehouse. The exhaust air volume of the dust collector should be greater than the intake air volume of the ash conveying fan. Otherwise, when the intake air volume is greater than the exhaust air volume, the pressure in the material collection warehouse will be forced to increase, resulting in unbalanced system pressure and large pipeline resistance. The intake air will run from the material sealing pump to the part above the silo, making the material sealing pump unable to work normally.
